Hello, how are you? I hope you had a lovely weekend.
I’ve been doing a couple of projects on the go and been busy these past few weeks. Also I was a bit poorly yesterday and I got really agitated. So to cheer myself up, I baked these Vegetarian and Low Fat Red Velvet Cupcakes! For the first time ever! And they tasted pretty good too! Trust me, I am a N00b in baking so I am pretty happy with these. (Much better than Hummingbird’s, shhh). I’ve been trying to eat and live healthily but I had such a craving for cupcakes. Hence creating my own. And all the ingredients, save the frosting is all in my pantry.
I got the recipe from ‘The Sweetest Vegan’ but added in my own bits, and it is SO Easy. if you want to know how I made these cupcakes, just give me a comment or contact me 🙂
